Στη καρδιά της Ερμούπολης βρίσκονται τα διαμερίσματα "Κωνστάντζα". Σε ένα παραδοσιακό κομμάτι που δημιούργησαν οι πρόσφυγες το 1829, στο συνοικισμό Ξηρόκαμπο. Η διαδρομή μέχρι την κεντρική πλατεία είναι μοναδική. Διασχίζεις τη νεοκλασική Ερμούπολη, περνάς από την ιστορική εκκλησία της Μεταμορφώσεως, όπου το 1826 έγινε εκεί η ονοματοθεσία -τα βαφτίσια θα λέγαμε- της Σύρου, περνάς την οδό Ομήρου, τη μεγαλύτερη οδό που σύνδεε την Άνω Σύρο με το λιμάνι και σε 6 μόλις λεπτά χαλαρού περιπάτου βρίσκεστε στην κεντρική πλατεία της Σύρου. Ανακαλύψτε την όμορφη Ερμούπολη και θα μαγευτείτε. Πλακόστρωτοι δρόμοι γεμάτοι ιστορία όπως και το μεγαλύτερο άλλωστε μέρος της Ερμούπολης. Τα "ΚΩΝΣΤΑΝΤΖΑ" παρέχουν πλεονεκτική θέση για τον επισκέπτη του νησιού. Έχει την δυνατότητα πρόσβασης στο μεσαιωνικό οικισμό της Άνω Σύρου περπατώντας, όμως και για όσους έχουν μεταφορικό μέσον, βρίσκεται σε περιοχή ελεύθερης στάθμευσης.
How to get to Syros isl.? There are two ways to visit Syros, either by airplane from the El. Venizelos airport of Athens, or by boat from either the port of Piraeus, Lavrio or Rafina within 4 hours. There are also boats coming to Syros from other ports. Then the approach to our studios is very easy, as the Konstantza apartments is 6 minutes away from the airport and 2 minutes from the main harbor of Hermoupolis.
